I ordered 2 flower arrangements via Interflora from this florist paying a total of £87.
What was delivered was nothing like i had actually requested. On contacting the shop I had originally placed the order through and them in turn contacting Secret Garden we were informed that what was delivered was ‘their interpretation ‘ and they were not
prepared to do anything about it. This was even though one of the orders was in a totally different colour scheme and basket. These were to be put on my parents and sister inlaws graves so you can imagine my distress. Interflora were not interested ‘they did not want to get involved’. I could have bought both baskets on a garage forecourt at a fraction on the price. Appalling customer service and products.
